She works with Senior Managers and talented individuals experiencing organisation, career or life change to enhance their effectiveness improve life work balance and make meaningful choices on their change and transition.
Eva is the first Eastern European trained and certified in Coaching across Cultures and Global Coaching by Prof. Philippe Rosinski from Belgium. Her passion for coaching led her to work in conjunction with Prof. Philippe Rosinski. She introduced and is working with his unique coaching concept in the Czech and Slovak Republic. Eva is an exclusive representative of Rosinski Company in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
Prior to her career in developing her private coaching practice Principal Coaching, Eva was lecturing as an Assistant Professor in University of Economics in Prague (Department of Managerial Psychology and Sociology) and was a co-founder of Positive s.r.o., (Dutch/Czech customer service and soft managerial skills training company in Prague), she conducted a successful cross cultural transition study among Czech and Slovak MBA professionals working in top institutions in the City of London.
Eva Benesova received her Doctorate from Charles University in Prague. She holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Charles University in Prague and Master of Science degree in Economics from University of Economics in Prague. Eva holds Professional Coach Certificate from Erickson College Int. in Vancouver, Advanced Certificate in Group Analysis from Institute of Group Analysis in London, and is also internationally certified for Team Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and NLP for Coaches, Family and Relationship Coaching, and for Coaching across Cultures. Eva is a certified psychologist to use Hogan Personality Inventories and Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) assessment.
Czech by origin, Eva lived in Great Britain for 11 years, travelled the World while creating her mobile career. She dealt with her own culture shock and repatriation, multicultural work and social relationships, having and raising children abroad, moves and other challenges which can really be understood only by someone with the same experience. She is now back in her homeland, living surrounded by an international community in the village of Prague. Eva deeply appreciates all the risks she has taken to live abroad.
