Mirka's Profile

Mirka is Professional Certified Coach, member of International Coach Federation. Mirka´s professional career and personal life experiences logically led her to coaching.

Her educational background is chemical engineer. She used the possibilities brought by the political changes in the Czech Republic and left her promising and developing scientific career. With the new perception of „freedom of word“, she started to work as a journalist for radio and television. She later used these skills later co-founding a company specialized on media training of polititians and managers, image making and development of communicational skills.

The birth of her mentally handicapped daughter brought her to studies of methods using personal potential and study of mind potential. She worked as a practicing kinesiologist and as a counsellor for families with mentally handicapped children. She has realized that whatever problem it is, the need of her clients is always the same – to find the life balance again. Most of the clients had no idea, that apart from psychology and counselling, there is a coaching method enabling people to actively create their future with short term visions as well as long term change of life quality.

She currently offers increasing personal potential by the coaching method to her clients and she is developping her practice as a partner of Principal Coaching. She publishes articles about coaching for the Czech general public.
