Eva Drazska Benesova, former university lecturer and co-founder of a successful training company, is now a specialist Professional Culture Transition Coach and Business Development Strategist who received her Professional Coaching Training by Marilyn Atkinson from Erickson College Int., Canada, Coaching Across Cultures Certificate from Rosinski&Company in Belgium and Leadership and Management Coaching Training by Sir John Whitmore from Performance Consultants Int., Great Britain. She also holds the Team Coaching Certificate from Erickson College Int. and Advanced Certificate in Group Analysis from Institute of Group Analysis in London. Eva studied Economics, Psychology and holds a PhD in Social Psychology.

Eva has extensive experience with cross cultural issues. In the late nineties, as part of her disertation, and later her thesis, Eva conducted a very succesful pioneering cross cultural transition study among Czech and Slovak MBA professionals working in top financial institutions in the City of London.

Now, in Principal Coaching – Success at Home and Abroad, Eva offers coaching in the cross cultural perspective using the Outcome Focused and Systemic Coaching Approach, Neurolinguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis Tools and advanced metods of Global Coaching to leverage cultural differences in clients' business and personal lives.

Czech by origin, Eva lived in Great Britain for 11 years, extensively travelled the World while creating her mobile career. She dealt with her own culture shock and repatriation, multicultural work and social relationships, having and raising children abroad, moves and other challenges which can really be understood only by someone with the same experience. She is now back in her homeland, living surrounded by an international community. Eva deeply appreciates all the risks she has taken to live abroad.
